Things that Frustrate Teachers
May 10, 2005

"Our life is frittered away by detail. . .  . Simplify, simplify." - Henry David Thoreau

Things that Frustrate Teachers

Teacher retention is a major challenge in the early childhood world.  We have a great deal of trouble recruiting talented teachers to work in our centers.  So we can't afford to lose the ones we have.  It's important to know what frustrates teachers -- what is going to undermine their morale and maybe even drive them out of the profession.

This week's Exchange Insta-Poll looks at "Things that Frustrate Teachers."  We invite you to share your insights.  If you are a center director, encourage your teachers to participate as well -- each person voting needs to have a unique email address in order to participate, however.
