Most Amazing Playgrounds in the World
December 23, 2013
Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.
-Albert Einstein

The Weather Channel recently showcased a collection of photos of amazing playgrounds, with this introduction:

"From the whimsical and fantastical to the just plain cool, these amazing constructions are setting a pretty high bar for your local schoolyard.  Whether it’s integrating seamlessly with the natural landscape, creating living storybooks, or recycling trash into treasure, these playgrounds make brilliant kid-friendly design look like child’s play.  But they also have to withstand the elements in order to entertain kids for years to come.  That’s why special care has been taken to weatherproof and protect most of the masterpieces on our list."
