Where Do Staff Receive Training?

Where Do Staff Receive Training?

Research has demonstrated that the more training specific to early childhood that staff receive, the better their performance is.  However, given the limited resources in the early childhood field, training is not always easily accessible.  In this week's Exchange Insta-Poll we are asking ExchangeEveryDay readers to estimate what percentage of training for staff is provided by the following sources:

*  Pre-service high school courses
*  Pre-service undergraduate college courses
*  Pre-service graduate college courses
*  College courses taken while on the job
*  Training at the center by center staff
*  Training at the center by outside trainers
*  Outside conferences/seminars/workshops

Please provide your input on how staff are trained by going to http://mail.ccie.com/go/eed/0391.
