Who Will Be the Next President?

In recent months we have asked your opinion several times about the presidential candidates.  This always has generated a great deal of energy.  It also causes some to comment that presidential politics should not be a focus of Exchange, i.e. we should stick to management issues.  We understand this sentiment, but still believe that whether Bush or Kerry is elected will have a major impact on early childhood services in this nation.
