The Chief Executive Officers of the North America's 40 largest for profit organizations were asked to rate the most serious threats their organizations would be confronting in the coming months.  These were the five threats they rated as most serious

#1. Shortages of qualified teachers
#2. Competition from the public schools
#3. Lack of affordable space for expansion
#4.  Competition from new centers
#5. Child being injured in an accident at your center
