Over four years and 1,000 issues of ExchangeEveryDay ago, we took a detour and talked about a phenomena call "Black Cab Sessions."  The idea is that musicians or poets are invited to perform in the back seat of a moving big taxicab.  The session starts with a random cab driver introducing the performers and then, as the cab strolls through the streets (usually in London), the performers perform amidst speed bumps and other distractions.  Featured are some well-known performers such as Death Cab for Cuties and Flaming Lips, as well as a host of lesser-known groups including Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and The Unknown Mortal Orchestra.  Here is one of my favorites:
