Global Connections for Children and NatureNearly 850 people from 81 countries came together at the recent World Forum on Early Care and Education in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As part of that gathering, the Leadership Team of the World Forum Foundation’s Nature Action Collaborative for Children (NACC) met for two days to dream together and make plans for how to help those dreams become reality. People from all parts of the world talked candidly with each other about the struggles they are facing as they work to create spaces and programs that support children’s joyful, daily connections with nature.
Many commented that alone our efforts can seem small and overwhelming. Together, as we support each other and share ideas and inspiration, we can find more powerful and impactful ways to improve the lives of children, families, and educators. Read below to learn more about the work of this group.
