Tough times are good for you.

Hear that statement and your rejoinder will be a simple one: You've got to be kidding! When you ponder the conflicts you face in your daily work life, your expanding workload, demanding expectations of the people around you, and uncertainty over your business or career, you can't help but wish all the hassle would just go away.
