Unique Selling Point
October 23, 2017
When the labor comes from love, things come together.
-Peggy Oki, pioneering skateboarder, surfer and whale activist

"A marketing principle that applies very much in early childhood is the principle of unique selling point," explains Roger Neugebauer in the Building Enrollment DVD (part of the Voices: Insights From the Field series). "You need to be able to concisely state to a caller or someone visiting your center what it is about your center that is unique...Why are you different? Why do you stand out? Why should a parent select your center and not others?

"To be effective you need to be able to make the statement about what is unique about your center in one or two sentences."
