  2. I subscribed to ExchangeEveryDay, but I’m not receiving it anymore. Why not?
There are several reasons you may not be receiving ExchangeEveryDay. The most common is SPAM filters. Add [email protected] as a contact and/or safe sender in your email client. Check to make sure that it is not being sent to your SPAM or Junk Mail folders. Depending on your email provider, you may have a spam folder in your web mail, as well as your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) – check both.

It is also possible that ExchangeEveryDay is being blocked by your email server as SPAM. Contact your email administrator and ask them to add "exchangepress.com" to their email whitelist. Let them know that ExchangeEveryDay is a voluntary daily email. Your email administrator at the server level is the person (or IT department) in charge of your domain name. For example, if your email address is [email protected], then you need to speak with the administrator of mycenter.com about ExchangeEveryDay.

If you are still not receiving ExchangeEveryDay, contact us at [email protected] or (800) 221-2864.
