Help Plan the World Forum

You don’t need a title to be a leader. You lead by example.
Jamie Woodburn

We are delighted to find ourselves announcing the process for submitting ideas to shape the World Forum program for 2007.  Those of you who have been involved with the World Forum in the past know that that the process for shaping the program is hugely participative with over 1,000 people joining in at various stages.

Planning for the 2007 World Forum in Kuala Lumpur will be the same.  So let's really apply ourselves to this task. Everyone, please take a few minutes to get involved. The program will develop based on your contributions, suggestions, feedback, and interests. And it will depend on your offers of guidance and leadership.

Consider the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and Millennium Developmental Goals 2015 when you share your ideas for topics and presentations. Be specific (and generous) about what you are willing to share and in what ways you are willing to help.

To learn more about plans for the 2007 World Forum, and to sign up for a chance to win a free trip to the World Forum, go to http://www.childcareexchange.com/wf/wf2007/.

Then send in your suggestions for the program: http://www.worldforumfoundation.org/wf/wf2007/program_survey.php.

We will collect your responses, organize them, and then begin the process of developing the program. We will make the process as visible as possible, so that you can encourage our progress. We need you--your mind and your spirit.
