Global Leaders for Young Children

I never wish to offend, but I am so foolishly shy, that I often seem negligent, when I am only kept back by my natural awkwardness…
Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility

The Global Leaders for Young Children program of the World Forum Foundation seeks to identify and develop the next generation of early childhood leaders throughout the world.  Since its inception in 2004, nearly 200 emerging leaders from 61 countries have participated, with many graduates currently playing major roles in shaping the early childhood policies and practices in their countries and regions.

Later this year the World Forum Foundation will be launching the next wave of the Global Leaders program with cohorts in Africa, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, North American, the Arab Region, and Europe.  We are actively seeking organizations to sponsor individual emerging leaders in these regions, and we are inviting individuals to apply for their own participation.  To learn more about how you can be involved in this life-changing initiative, please check out this program summary.
