Feel Better in Less Than Fifteen Minutes

Need a lift? WebMD offers fifteen ways to help yourself feel better in less than fifteen minutes.

Here is a sampling of their ideas:

  1. Clear your mind by taking a meditation break
  2. Get outside
  3. Have a laugh
  4. List some things you’re grateful for
  5. Turn on some tunes
  6. Eat a smart snack
  7. Do a good deed for someone
