The Director's Role as Staff Trainer

"I am done with great things and big plans, great institutions and big success.  I am for those tiny, invisible loving human forces that work from individual to individual, creeping through the crannies of he world like so many rootlets, or like the capillary oozing of water, which, if given time, with rend the hardest monuments of pride." - William James

The Director's Role as Staff Trainer

One of the most important roles a center director performs is to train staff.  Well-trained staff result in high quality care. Exchange has a number of tools to help directors with this important role,  Beginnings Workshop and Out of the Box Training Kits, and a variety of books on training and curriculum implementation.

To help us serve you even better in your training role, we are conducting a survey on directors' most important training topics. Please share your insights on training in this week's Exchange Insta-Poll by going to http://mail.ccie.com/go/eed/0214
