If you are coming to the 2005 World Forum in Montreal, why not come a few days early and work side by side with a peer in either Montreal or Vancouver?  If you sign up for First Hand Montreal or First Hand Vancouver, you will be matched up with a peer -- a center director, a teacher, a college faculty member,  an aboriginal child care program, a famly child care home, a consultant, or a public official -- and spend two days with him or her on the job, comparing notes and sharing ideas.
