ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Pam Boulton, Ed.D. is theDirector of the Children’s Center at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is one of the founders of the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators and is part of the UW-Milwaukee faculty for the credential as part of the Center for Early Childhood Professional Development and Leadership. Pam was an early leader in the national initiative to establish credential programs for administrators, and remains an active participant and guiding force in the design, development, and delivery of child care administration and leadership courses at the local, state, and national level.
