What Teachers Expect of a Center Director:

• Staff expect you to be an expert.
• Staff expect you to know what’s going on.
• Staff expect you to make good decisions.
• Staff expect you to listen.
• Staff expect you to be fair.

What Center Directors Expect from Staff:

• Directors expect teachers to be committed to the organization.
• Directors expect teachers to communicate concerns.
• Directors expect teachers to trust them."
