Thank You, Dimensions Board!

Anyone who does anything to help a child in his life is a hero to me.
Fred Rogers, 1928-2003, Television Personality and Advocate for Children

The Exchange Press team would like to thank our board members of Dimensions Educational Research Foundation, parent organization of Exchange Press. They met last week with our CEO and publisher Tara Schroder and many of our staff at our offices in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Much of the work centered on our efforts to elevate your voices. Board President John Nimmo closed the annual board retreat with “radical gratitude spell,” a powerful poem by adrienne maree brown. The poem ends with this line, which our entire team at Exchange feels about each one of you:

you are enough
your work is enough
you are needed
your work is sacred
you are here
and i am grateful

Read the whole poem on adrienne maree brown’s website.
