The Power of Imagery to Create Change
May 17, 2006
Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional.
-Roger Crawford

"Change Me" is a worldwide interactive project on the web that brings people together to share ideas through imagery. The project is sponsored by Getty Images and anyone is invited to participate. To do so, find an image from the Getty Images Creative Editorial online collection that grabs your attention or sparks an idea and simply write about it, using the form on the Change Me web site.

It's also inspiring to simply browse through some of the existing submissions.

For each submission Getty Images will donate $10 to Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria " up to $250,000. They will also be selecting some of the submissions for a worldwide traveling exhibit and/or book.
