- I don’t listen to some people.
- Sometimes I am thinking about what I am going to say next instead of listening to others.
- Sometimes I raise my voice or speak more curtly if they don’t hear me or agree with me.

An Early Childhood Educator's role is to provide a healthy & safe environment where relationships with all in their work environment encompass warmth ,a sense of belonging and the children and their families feel valued.To be caring,honest ,respectful and maintain a professional manner... no where in one's job description does it make mention of a "bad attitude".In my role as an Early Childhood Educator my environment is one where children are learning through enjoyable interactions with other children and educator's.We are all equal partner's in the learning journey-because we co-operate,we trust and we respect each other.
