What Video Clips Do You Need?
October 27, 2011
The best classroom management strategy is to like your students. It's not a feeling. It's a choice. Choose to see the best in them. No one wants to disappoint someone who genuinely cares about them
-Amy Fast, school superintendent and author
At Exchange, we recognize that teacher and director training can be considerably enhanced with the use of high-quality video clips.  Over the past two years we have made a strong start at developing an extensive library of video clips of classroom situations, as well as expert insights in our Learning Moments and VOICES resources.  We have been able to do this because of the filming and editing skills of our great partners in this work, Videatives and Video Active Productions.

With our partners we have a huge storehouse of video clips that can enrich your training.  Now we need you to tell us the situations you would like to have on video clips to use in your training or parent education.  To share your insights, all you need to do is participate in today's Exchange Insta-Poll!

These are not your typical training DVDs. No scripts. No staged events. Interlaced with real-life classroom video, these powerful DVDs offer you practical ideas and experienced insights from seasoned professionals who speak with the passion and perspective that can only come from years of working with directors, teachers, young children, and their families. Each DVD provides a rich platform for staff development and training sessions that will inspire, motivate, teach, provoke new thinking, and generate lively discussions.

Do the Learning Moments video clips have closed captioning. That's a requirement for our college at any time a DVD or video is used in a course.
