Interesting to see today's technology focus right on the heels of yesterday's wonderful toy list of sticks, strings and dirt. The "app gap" is a huge concern, but it doesn't stop there. We need to really consider what kids are actually doing with these gadgets. Like sticks and mud, they can be used for good or bad, and young kids need nurturing environments and caring adults to learn the difference.
