Suddenly, you’re speechless. In the midst of carrying on a good telephone inquiry, conversation, or center visit, your prospective parent says, “It sounds wonderful, but it’s so expensive.” What do you say to confidently and constructively address this and other parent objections?

Nothing can stop you faster in an enrollment interview than an objection to which you have no good response. Understanding why parents object can help you feel more at ease in answering their concerns, and knowing what to say can give you a good chance at overcoming the objection and securing the visit or enrollment.
