Returns

  1. Shipped Items
    Any shipped item may be returned within 30 days after the date of invoice. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued more than 30 days after the date of invoice. To return an item/s:
    • Contact Exchange for approval (800-221-2864 or info@childcareexchange.com).
    • Include a copy of the invoice with your return and carefully package the item/s to avoid damage during shipping.

    • Items must be received by Exchange in unmarked and saleable condition. If items are not received in saleable condition, no refund will be issued.
    • Once the item is received, Exchange will issue a refund of the sale price of the item. Refunds will be issued in the form used for original payment.
  2. Downloadable Items
    Downloadable items (PDF files) are non-returnable.
  3. Turn-Key Online Learning
    Turn-Key Online Learning courses are non-returnable.
  4. Auto-Renew Subscriptions
    Auto-renew subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by emailing us at info@childcareexchange.com. Cancellation will take effect with the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
  5. College And University Bookstores

    College and University bookstores may return items for a credit within 90 days of the date of invoice. Items must be received by Exchange in unmarked and saleable condition. If items are not received in saleable condition, no refund will be issued.

    Once the item is received, Exchange will issue a credit in the amount of the sale price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Exchange does not issue refund checks for bookstore orders. Credits expire one year from the date the credit is issued. No credits will be issued more than 90 days after the date of invoice.
