ZERO TO THREE, in partnership with more than a dozen national organizations - including the Education and Care Consortium, NAEYC, and Child Care Aware - is hosting a virtual rally, Rally4Babies: Learning Happens from the Start, on Monday, July 8th at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The idea is to rally the early childhood field, parents, and the public so that we spark a big national conversation about how early learning begins at birth!  In announcing the rally, Zero to Three observed...

This book is a "how to" curriculum guide for appropriate practices when working with very young children in the early childhood learning environment. Incorporating the developmental philosophies of Emmi Pikler, Magda Gerber, Erik Erikson, and Maria Montessori, it promotes respectful and responsive caregiving to foster competence and independence commensurate with each child's level of ability.
