The video on 're-defining leadership' is a timely and perfect. We at Aga Khan University Institute for Education Development East Africa are organizing our Annual Research Institute with a focus on Education Leadership in the 21st Century. The video is discussing some of the issues we will be discussing and I find it a great resource for me and others.
